One Technologies Ltd. considers your privacy with seriousness. We are committed to handling the personal information we collect (hereinafter generally referred to as 'information') in a transparent manner, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act and Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), in order to ensure the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your information. This privacy statement applies to information we collect from you as an individual through (1) the hosting of certain profile data for which you have commissioned one of our consultants and (2) our website www.leonardo345.be and any social accounts (together the 'Website'). This version of our statement is dated May 2021.
1. What is personal information?
Personal information is any information that can be used to identify an individual. The information may, by itself, allow you to be identified (such as your first and last name, your e-mail address), or may allow you to be identified and provide information when combined with each other. To the extent that such information can identify you as an individual, whether taken separately or in combination, it is considered personal information.
2. The Leonardo3.4.5 scheme
Leonardo3.4.5 is a methodology for identifying the behavioural preferences of individuals through the processing of an online questionnaire.
One Technologies Ltd. is the umbrella company for the Leonardo3.4.5 distribution network, which is based in Switzerland.
When you decide to use the Leonardo3.4.5 method and have personality profiles drawn up for yourself or for members of your team, you will sign a contract with one of our consultants. This consultant is himself accredited by one of our Master Trainers. Each distributor is bound to One Technologies Ltd. by an exclusive distribution contract for the geographical area for which it is responsible. As a contractual partner commissioned by you, the consultant is therefore responsible for processing the data you submit to him when drawing up your personality profile. As such, it is his responsibility to ensure that he carries out his activities in compliance with the applicable rules, in particular with regard to data protection regulations, and to inform you transparently about the processing carried out. One Technologies Ltd. is not responsible for the distributor's or consultant's compliance with the regulations.
Each of our consultants is bound by this privacy statement.
At the exclusive request of the consultant who processed your personal data, One Technologies Ltd. may have access to your name, first name and e-mail address as well as those of the people who took part in the Leonardo3.4.5 method (in the event of a breakdown, bug or unblocking of the consultant's account). Furthermore, only the questionnaire response file is archived on the Leonardo3.4.5 server so that only the consultant who processed the sending of the questionnaire to the client (recipient) can access it. This is guaranteed by the fact that the profiles are generated online and viewed at each request.
3. What information do we collect from you?
A distinction must be made here as to whether the information is collected during the performance of our services for you or through our website. Personality profile
The information that you provide to your consultant in the context of establishing your personality profile consists of answers to various questions aimed at establishing your profile. These answers do not contain any personal data that could identify you. The only way to identify you is to match the code number assigned to you with the code number of your profile, which was established with your consent. The reports offered by Leonardo3.4.5 can only be generated by the consultant with whom you have been contracted. The technical manager and the webmaster may access this data in the event of a 'bug' for the sole purpose of restoring a situation that prevents the platform from functioning and the consultant from generating the personality profile.

4. Why do we collect this information?
Personality profile
Using the services of our consultants implies the creation of a personality profile and therefore the collection of personal data that the participants communicate to us to allow the proper execution of our services in order to establish a profile. As indicated above, it is however specified that the answers to the questions asked do not contain any personal data. The establishment of these profiles is necessary for the execution of the contract between you and your consultant. It is up to the consultant to explain to the participants that he/she wishes to offer them the opportunity to complete such a personality profile. Each consultant must ensure that the participants individually agree to take part in the drawing up of their personality profile or a group mapping. In this context, the consultant can explain the foundations and rationale of the Leonardo methodology in this form: 'Leonardo 345 aims to improve communication between individuals, particularly within teams, through a better understanding of each person's psychological profile, strengths and weaknesses. This process requires each participant to complete an online questionnaire to establish this personality profile. These profiles are only accessible to [identify those who can read the profile: person concerned, employer, consultant, Leonardo team, IT support, etc.] and are only kept for as long as you agree to the retention of your profiles, but for a minimum of twelve months.

6. Where is my data stored?
One Technologies Ltd. subcontracts the storage of data collected in the context of your contractual relationship with your consultant and the compilation of personality profiles to SwissCenter and Panipro (back-up), whose data centres are located in Lausanne (Switzerland).
Only the file containing the answers to the questionnaire and the resulting reports are archived on the SwissCenter server, and only the participant and the consultant who sent the questionnaire to the participant (or your employer, if this is provided for in the contract with the consultant) may have access to them.
Consultants are requested by the distributors to keep a copy of the files to avoid loss in the event of a computer incident. These copies should be deleted twelve months after the relevant profiles and reports have been produced, unless you instruct otherwise.
7. How do we protect your information?
One Technologies Ltd. is committed to protect the security of your personal information by using a recognized external service provider based in Switzerland, SwissCenter.
8. How long do we keep your information?
Information collected through the establishment of your personality profile
The completion of a personality profile results in 3 reports and/or team maps and/or organisational strategy reports which can be generated as often as the consultant wishes for a period of 12 months after the questionnaire has been completed, subject to a request from the client (or participant) to be able to continue to access their online profile beyond the 12-month period, subject to the prior agreement of the consultant following such a request ('Consultation Period').
It is the responsibility of each consultant during this Consultation Period to ensure that he/she has, in accordance with the regulations applicable to him/her, a copy of the said profiles for which he/she is responsible in order to protect him/herself against involuntary deletion due to possible technical problems with the server. These copies act as a back-up and our consultants are required to delete them at the end of the consultation period.
After the Consultation Period, the questionnaire response file will no longer be accessible and will be automatically archived. Only two people are then likely to have access to the file: (i) the superadministrator (ii) the webmaster.
These files will be kept in this restricted form for as long as you have not requested their removal.
Information collected through our Website
We will retain the information you have provided to us with your consent for as long as you intend to receive our news publication or to interact with us, and we will delete all your information at your request within thirty days of that request.

12. Cookies and Google Analytics
Leonardo3.4.5 uses cookies on the website. Cookies are a common technique whereby an identifier is assigned to the website user's browser; the browser stores this identifier and provides it on request. Leonardo3.4.5 uses session cookies, which are automatically deleted after a visit to the website and which allow the server to maintain the link with the user when the user moves around the site (for example, to ensure that the contents of the shopping basket are not lost). On the other hand, permanent cookies, which are only deleted after a period of time defined for each site (e.g., two years after the last visit), are used to store user preferences (e.g., language) over several sessions or to enable automatic login. By using the website and the corresponding functions (e.g., language selection, automatic login, tracking system), the user agrees to the use of such permanent cookies. The user of a website can deactivate the use of cookies in his browser or delete them, which may interfere with the use of the website.
Leonardo3.4.5 may use Google Analytics or similar services on the website. This is a service provided by a third party that may be located in any country in the world (in the case of Google Analytics, the provider, Google Inc. is based in the USA, www.google.com), and with which Leonardo3.4.5 can measure and analyse the use of the website. For this purpose, permanent cookies inserted by the service provider are also used. The service provider does not receive any personal data from Leonardo3.4.5 (and does not store any IP addresses outside Europe), but can track the user's use of the website, combine this information with information about other sites visited by the user and which are also tracked by the service provider, and use this information for its own purposes (e.g., to control advertising). As long as the user has registered with the service provider, the service provider is aware of his identity. The service provider is responsible for processing the user's personal data in accordance with his data protection provisions. Leonardo3.4.5 receives non-personal information about the use of the website from the service provider.
